Shipping

Yes, we deliver to most countries worldwide. Additionally, we offer free delivery on orders over $200. Please note that certain restrictions may apply based on the destination country. Please check for availability at checkout.

Singapore: We offer free shipping in Singapore on all orders. Orders ship within 1-3 business days of the order date. Your order will arrive within 3-5 working days after it ships.

International: KYND provides international shipping to most countries, and we offer free delivery on orders over $200. Price will be provided at checkout. Customers should expect orders to arrive between 5 to 15 business days, depending on location. Do note that international orders are currently expecting some delays, and might take up to 21 days.

Taxes and duties vary between different countries. Please note that KYND does not take responsibility for customs taxes and duties fees. International customers assume responsibility for any duties or taxes that may be incurred from customs as your deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) system.

Note that duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.

We provide tracking details for all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Returns

We want you to love your purchases from us. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, we offer refunds or store credits on all full-priced items purchased via our online store, minus the shipping and duty/ taxes fees. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene stickers attached with the original packaging and tags.

Note that we do not offer returns on discounted items. We encourage you to review product details before purchasing, and our customer support team is available to assist you. Our standard return policy applies to regular-priced items.

All returns and exchanges must be lodged within 7 days post receiving your goods. To initiate an exchange or return, please email laure@kyndcollective.com to make arrangements. Note that all return costs to our warehouse are at your expense.

Customers are liable and responsible for their return fees. Please use a service that offers tracking and insurance as we will not be held responsible for any lost packages.

To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • For best results, hand wash or machine wash your pieces using cold water and a delicate cycle.
  • After washing, hang dry or lay them flat to dry in a shaded area.
  • Avoid using fabric softener or bleach, as they can damage the fabric.
  • Please refrain from wringing the garments and avoid tumble drying them.

By following these care guidelines, you can help extend the life of your clothing and maintain their quality over time.

Traditional foam bra cups are made of Polyurethane (PU), a form of plastic. for this reason, and until we find a sustainable alternative, we do not provide removable cups. We however made sure to include cup openings in a lot of our pieces, allowing you to insert cups you most likely already have at home.

Our core mission is to protect the planet through innovation. We craft high-quality essentials exclusively made using recycled techno-fabrics. We turn plastic waste that would otherwise pollute our oceans into beautiful pieces of garments. Our materials include Recycled ECONYL® from discarded fishing nets and landfill plastic, as well as REPREVE® from pre-consumer waste.

We are proud to say that our pieces are 100% recycled, right down to the inner linings.

Lining represents 50% of swimwear fabric consumption, which is something a lot of brands tend to overlook. Our products are entirely made using sustainable recycled fabrics, including linings. We either use the same premium fabric as the exterior layer, or a thinner lining for activewear, for breathability.

As a vegan-owned brand, we are committed to providing cruelty-free and vegan options. None of our products use any animal-derived materials such as fur, leather, silk, or wool.

Our products are made in factories in Bali, Indonesia that adhere to strict labor standards, ensuring safe working conditions and fair wages for all workers. We regularly visit our manufacturing partners to maintain transparency and ensure that our ethical standards are met throughout the production process.
