Shipping policy

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Additionally, we offer free delivery on orders over $100. Please note that certain restrictions may apply based on the destination country. Please check for availability at checkout.

Singapore: We offer free shipping in Singapore on all orders. Orders ship within 1-3 business days of the order date. Your order will arrive within 5 working days after it ships.

International: KYND provides international shipping to most countries, and we offer free delivery on orders over $100. Price will be provided at checkout. Customers should expect orders to arrive between 5 to 15 business days, depending on location. Do note that international orders are currently expecting some delays, and might take up to 21 business days.

Taxes and duties vary between different countries. Please note that KYND does not take responsibility for customs taxes and duties fees. International customers assume responsibility for any duties or taxes that may be incurred from customs as your deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) system.

 Note that duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
